The Perma Rule

Ok so lets be realistic everything dies (or comes back as a walker depending @_@) at one point so heres the Perma count kill rule

1'st hit: Bruise or small cut

2nd hit: Minor Injury or Broken bones (This is the point where you should retreat or run)

3rd hit: Out Cold or major injury (Cant retreat after this)

4th Hit: Out Cold, Major Injury or Death (both rper's have to agree weather this character should die or not)
